SXT 5HPnD unknow state

Hello,

I can’t figure out what is happening to my SXT 5HPnD. It is powering properly (Power led is green).
I can hear it beeping at boot after a few seconds however it does that a few times like it is restarting…
The User led sometimes gets green as well but not long.

I tried to reset it a few times using the button or using a screwdriver but that didn’t helped.

The main problem is that it can’t retrieve an IP from any DHCP server.
It used to work with a static IP address which is not accessible anymore.

From another mikrotik router connected to it which is a DHCP server, here is the log :

10:25:47 interface,info ether3-slave-local link down
10:25:54 interface,info ether3-slave-local link up (speed 100M, full duplex)
10:25:58 interface,info ether3-slave-local link down
10:26:01 interface,info ether3-slave-local link up (speed 100M, full duplex)
10:26:02 interface,info ether3-slave-local link down
10:26:05 interface,info ether3-slave-local link up (speed 100M, full duplex)
10:26:12 interface,info ether3-slave-local link down

and this continues for ever…

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks in advance.
Julien.

I’ve experienced similar problem and was fixed by RouterBoard hardware reset and reinstalling ROS

Hi,

Well thanks for answering.
However this is what I did like I said and still no go.

I tried to reset button and the screwdriver but same for both.
I can see the User led blinking and release but even if I wait 10 minutes, my router never get any DHCP request…

Another idea?

Thanks!

Ok sorry!

Forget it… PIBCAK… Wrong power supply…
