SXT 5ND LITE DOES NOT BOOT

I HAVE INSTALLED 200 NOS OF SXT TILL NOW…NOW ITS BEEN ONE YEAR..NOW 5 SXT ARE STOPPED WORKING…NO BEEP , NO USER LED BLINK, NO LAN, NOTHING

I TRIED TO RESET BUT NOTHING HAPPENS.

I AM ALLREADY INVESTED HUGE MONEY ON MIKROTIK SXT NOW I M UPSET WHAT IS GOING ON WITH SXT…NONE OF THEM HAVE WATER INGRESS PROBLEM…I DONT KNOW WHY ALL THEY STOPPED WORKING AFTER POWER FAILURE.

HELP ME

Ros version? Ambient temperature? Power supply, cables and connectors swapped?

Stop using capital letters.

Ros version 6.1, Day temperature = 20 degree, night temp = 6 degree, power supply = original mikrotik, cat5 shielded,

Last night one more sxt stopped working no lan no beep just power led.

I remember that these devices were freezing at low ambient temperatures with old 6.x ros. At least I have read something like that here on the forum. Try update to last version.

okay wil try it…last night i was heating the sxt pcb with heatgun for almost 5 minutes and then i leave it for 10 minute to cool off…after then i thought lets make a try …and it booted and loaded the os everything was working for 1 hour and after power failure ..same thing happening, no boot, no lan, no beep just power led.

Seems that this try confirmed the temperature influence. Don’t forget to update the firmware also after the ros update.

They will tell him to update first anyway. But he will be waiting for one week to read their answer.

Sending supout to support is always good.

No success from Latest OS Update…3 units are dead…will again try to boot one unit by heating and will send the support file to support..

Hello, I have the same problem with a ccr1009-8g - 1s - 1s + . Starts only if the motherboard is warm up to 40 degrees or if i let the router about 20 minutes connected to power to warm up, remove the power, reinstate power and router starts . RouterOS and firmware is up to date . I tried everything to try , I ran out of ideas. Thanx in advance !
