I have purchased SXT LTE to capture greater LTE signal. I have set it up to work in transparent mode because before that I had installed other Mikrotik router with dhcp server. How I can connect both devices that will work together: SXT as a lte modem only and hAP as a router?
you can still use the SXT as modem and router, just get the 2nd Mikrotik router plug in to the LAN side pick up an IP from SXT. Yes it means you have to configure both routers when it comes to port forwarding etc.
if you want to use SXT as modem only, easit way is to clear it’s configure, do not keep default configuration, create one bridge, join all your ports and LTE interface to this bridge. then set up LTE.
This way there is no NAT no firewall, your 2nd Mikrotik will be able to use the LTE interface as it’s gateway.
That’s what I have done, however this SXT doesn’t seem to have avility to add LTE do bridge. What I can do is to add ether1 only. My main router does see SXT but SXT can’t see my router when I go pinging.

any workaround? I want to use my current mikrotik as a main router (I have sent up vpns etc.) and it’s at home. SXT might not be accesible eaisly once it’s installed at the roof of my house
