SXT Design Help for Newbie

In a little over a month, I am traveling to an orphange in Haiti that operates a small school, and clinic. I will be setting up a wireless network on the campus and looking to connect the buildings(Made from concrete and wire mesh) at a max distance of ~1000 feet. I am looking at purchasing the SXT-KIT to accomplish this and want to make sure I am thinking about this correctly as once I fly, there won’t be any ability to acquire hardware to accomplish the need.

The buildings are situated accordingly.

First Building, seperated from the second building by 80’, at an angle of approximately(~) 15deg off true north.
Second Building, ~560’ from first building, ~ 0deg off true north.
Third Building, ~600’ from first building, ~ -20deg off of true north
Fourth building, ~1000’ from first building, ~ -30deg off of true north
Fifth building, ~1000’ from first building, ~ -45deg off of true north
(6th antenna would be kept for repair as needed)

The internet backhaul would be in the Second building.

First question, due to angle of attack, would the …SAr2 best be placed on the first building, then all point to it?
Second Question, would it be better to get an OmniTIK and place on building #2, where the internet backhaul will be?
Third question, Each of these will enter the building, connect to a POE injector then to a switch then to OPEN-MESH AP’s for connectivity(Obviously except in the backhaul location, which will connect to the router etc). See any other cause for concern or thoughts?

Thank you in advance, your help will be impacting the lives of children who’s future will be made even brighter by your efforts.
