sxt ethernet problem

hi all,
i have an issues with my sxt Ethernet
it boot normally and beeb
but when i connect it from Ethernet on starting it identifying but when started already then nothing
winbox cant see it
i tried to reset it from reset button but nothing changed
tried to use netinstall but not loaded

any one have an idea about this issues?

i hv faced similar issues. i send those pcs bck fr warranty
