SXT link down and signal up!!

Hi,
could please help me on that

in above diagram i have issue with ( user 4 ), link show as down. but in the device signal status is up, i have tested by connected direct to computer, switch , router , all show link down

but from other users 1,3,5 (OmniTIK U-5HnD) or ( SXT lite5) i can reach user #4 and i can connected without any issue
I’ve changed the UTP cable & POE splitter but same issue
last I’m thing to reset (SXT) for user#4 to default setting
but i need any script to do that which is reset to default and restore the configuration back since I’m not able to connect only though wireless trough users 1,3,5

anyone have any idea to do it like this before or can help me to solve the problem

My guess is that the Ethernet interface was disabled on the device, so log into it from the wireless side, and see if the ether 1 is greyed out and disabled?
I have accidently pressed “d” in winbox and had to drive far to fix that :slight_smile: actually, more then one time!

** I suggest to MT an Apply, and TEST button, where as TEST will revert back to the previous settings if they didn’t work.
