SXT Lite5 ac Beeper

Hello,

Does the “SXT Lite5 ac” have a beeper?

If so, How to enable it?

I have “Sysyem-> Routerboard-> Settings-> Silent Boot” unchecked but that does not have any effect.

FYI, I have also SXT Lite2 and SXT Lite5, they both have a beeper.
Only Lite5 ac does not, it seems.

hello i have several sxt lite5 most of the product i install are by mikrotik how ever the most problem is that the sxt only beeps once i tried resetting and netinstall and no luck please help thx

Dear Normis,

I just double checked, my 2.4GHz units are not Lite, they are “SXT2” (SXTG-2HnD) they have a speaker/buzzer and beep on boot.
However my other 5GHz units are as follows:
The older units are “SXT Lite5” (SXT 5nD r2) , they have speaker/buzzer and I can hear beeps on boot.
The newer “SXT Lite5 ac” (SXT 5HacD 2n r2) do not beep, could be as you mentioned does not have buzzer. That is a pity :frowning:
