SXT Lite5 showing license level0

I have a few SXT Lite5 with me all of them go through the same problem of having license level0 instead of level3.
The devices when opened in winbox give a message saying that I have 72 hours to purchase and install a new license otherwise the device will stop working.

What actually happens is the device resets to factory default after every 72 hours. I am quite fed up of this and am considering to replace the setup with products from Ubiquity.

Please help me I really like using mikrotik devices. I am a power user hence I can move through complex instructions as well as improvise.

Somehow the license has been damaged or destroyed. All you need to do is email your supout.rif file to MikroTik support to get a new license.

Thank you for such prompt reply. I shall do the same and hope to resolve the problem. Thank you so much for the guidance.

PS: Can I post questions regarding SXT RMA also in the forums or there are laws against self repairing of devices?
