My SXT LTE has an option to select/actovate band 20!
From previous forum posts and the product data sheet I know that band 20 is not supported? I am confused what is true for this product?

Yes, it only works in bands 3 and 7. This is in the product brochure and spec page.
Maybe some earlier RouterOS version offers unsupported band, I suggest to upgrade it. It will not work
