SXT LTE connection issues

Hi All

I have a strange one with a customer who I have provided an SXT LTE to for domestic internet.

Up until recently, things worked fine, then a local WISP implemented a repeater of some sorts next door to the customer, they believe the problems started then, I’m not convinced.

What happens as i can tell is that the SXT connects to the mobile network (EE in the UK) … it stays up for about 3 minutes and then we just lose all connectivity, ping stops all internet access on the LAN is lost.

I’ve been and replaced the device with a latest-generation CAT 6 SXT LTER but it makes no difference.

The mikrotik mobile app tells me we have excellent signal strength.

Any hints on where to look on this would be really appreciated.

Here is the cellular status when connected:

sounds familiar to me: http://forum.mikrotik.com/t/lhg-lte6-kit-lte-dropout/144084/1

Hello.
Do you try do a cell-monitor and then connect to detected Towers/Antennas via Cell-Lock ?
Connection to other Tower should give you confirmation.

If you could bring that or prev. unit and connect to the same tower (using Cell Lock) but from other point then you can be sore if that “repeater” is a problem.
I do some testing from car :).

This do Cell Lock to your current antenna in tower:
/interface lte at-chat lte1 input=“at*cell=2,3,1617,101”

Disable this, revert to normal work by:
/interface lte at-chat lte1 input=“at*cell=0”
