SXT LTE DHCP Client

Setting up a new Routerboard SXT LTE. lte1 interface ‘is’ listed within interfaces, it is ‘not’ listed in the interfaces in the add DHCP Client. Have completed a factory reset, upgraded routerboard and tried to create DHCP Client with Web interface and with Winbox. The lte1 is still ‘not’ listed. Receive the following when I use

[admin@MikroTik] > /interface lte info lte1 once
status: running
…

How can I get lte1 to list in DHCP client creation

Have tried to manually add using
add default-route-distance=1 disabled=no interface=lte1

This does not work either as it cannot find lte1 even though the interface does exist

install lte package.

If your modem is not recognized, email your supout.rif file to support

Thanks I’ve sent that file please let me know if there is any other diagnostics I can do

Just to be clear it’s a Routerboard SXT LTE so the modem is onboard

Routerboard version is 6.37.1 and firmware is 3.33

Okay got the unit working thanks for help, it would be good to have a exact manual for SXT LTE device that walks through all the settings that are required. I will put together a document / blogpost
