I have a customer who has a 4G SXT system installed and is connecting via EE here in the UK. Recently there have been a lot of dropouts and signal loss from this carrier which is a big problem as the customer’s business has a VOIP phone system, Wi-Fi and Card machines which all rely having internet to operate.
His SXT LTE kit has twin sim slots so adding an alternate carrier isn’t a problem. Is there a way of programming the system to automatically switch from the primary sim (EE) to a secondary (probably O2) when the signal drops out?.
