Hi,
I am working with a SXT LTE Kit connected to a 4G network and a PLC, modem configured to forward some ports too.
Oddly by turning on the supply, device doesn’t connect to the network and no PLC get the ip neither we can connect to the routerOS panel from remote, but instantly just by connecting the laptop (with a small switch) everything becomes ok and disconnecting laptop doesn’t affect on PLC and remote connection.
So what can be the problem?
I’m curious with which PLC you are using ?
I do not fully understand what you are trying to say, but to me it sounds to me you have the PLC using DHCP, if so, I would make the PLC static IP.
When you say ‘turning on supply, device doesn’t connect’, what device are you talking about here and connect to what, the SXT or connection to 4G side ?
You need to be very clear and concise.
What is the network topology ?
Is it SXT to some switch and then PLC into switch ?
Is the switch managed ?
What else is on the local network, more than one PLC or any HMI or other devices such as VFDs ?
I made a simple topology map to explain three figures. FYI, I test both static and DHCP IP address for PLC.

Unfortunately you still do not provide enough information, be clear and concise.
A simple picture is not telling us much more.
Is the SXT new and you are working with a fresh clean configuration in the SXT ?
What changes to the configuration ?
What is that other device, some sort of power monitor, you don not mention it ?
In image 1, how can you determine the PLC has no connection to the SXT ?
In image 3, what is the computer, what is it about the computer that makes it magically work, you need to give details, is it a Windows laptop or maybe a GNU/Linux, we have no idea.
Are you using Winbox on the computer, you do not say ?
Is the computer using static or DHCP, you do not say ?
What are the IP addresses of the equipment when you use static ?
This should be a very straightforward setup, nothing special.
Check your Ethernet cables.
First, setup the SXT only with your computer, preferably using Winbox, if on GNU/Linux, then under Wine.
Get that going smoothly first and then set the PLC Ethernet addressing correctly.
I suspect you have messed up the configuration somewhere, most likely in the SXT.
