Novice here.
I’ve just taken over a system in the French Alps, with two SXT LTE’s. They’ve both got ‘Free.fr’ SIM’s in, and im struggling to get them to connect to an lte signal…
Ive reset the systems, and used the quick set to get started, but neither are generating an IP, and when I go into the interface section of webconfig, but are saying invalid sim. Any ideas?

What is that sim card? 2G/3G/4G ???
Have you tested it in a mobile phone and it works?
Free mobile 4G cards.
Haven’t tested it, as they were working until we dropped our IT management company two weeks ago.

Free.fr uses B3, B7 and B28. SXT LTE (first version) is compatible with B7, and the newest SXT LTE kit, is compatible with B3 and B7. You need to check that the nearest tower is not B28.

Nearest tower is 3 & 7, both options are selected in the set up of the SXT.
I managed to get one stable yesterday, but it wasn’t 'running.
Are you sure that are you configured the APN correctly and then assigned to the interface?

Sorry for bumping into an old topic. But have you tried contacting Free.fr to see if there’s any issue with the SIM cards?
