I own a SXT LTE KIT and a HAP AC LITE TC (bridge mode)
I would like to be able to monitor the network traffic in a very detailed mode at any time of day or night, and make sure to have a partial in the current month.
is it possible to set this function with winbox? where i must set this function (SXT or HAP AC)?
if so, can you tell me where to start?

A low effort option would be to reset the interface counters on a specific day of month: the counters on that interface would be then totals for current month. The reset could be scripted.
Another option would be to use traffic flow data to keep track of it (in a much more detailed view) externally.
You could turn on graphing for the LTE interface, activate the www server (make sure you firewall it properly) and view it locally?
