Hello, I’m new on this forum, I hope I selected the correct category.
I’ve a MikroTik SXT LTE6 modem with RouterOS 6.47, I suffer from LTE link down and up each 4 exactly hour, as you can see in the log attached below.
I’ve alredy update LTE firmware to revision R11e-LTE6_V025, but the problem is still present.

I opened a ticket to the operator, and they checked the antennas and they replied me they didn’t find any problem. I can’t change operator, because this is the only available operator close to my home.
Any check I can do on my modem?
Such a feedback only means that everything is working as designed on their side, which may still include the 4 hour lifetime of a single connection. Plus the frontline helpdesk may not even understand what your actual issue is, so they just look at their network monitoring system whether nothing is shown in red in your geographical area and if it is not, they report back that “everything is working”.
A regular disconnect every 4 hours is not likely to be caused by a modem fault. Do you have a contract with a fixed IP for that SIM? If not, you should be getting a different IP address for each connection. If so, can you test the same SIM in your smartphone, switch off the WiFi, leave it at the same place with good signal overnight, and check the IP address in the evening and in the morning (so that at least one full 4-hour interval passes between the checks) without moving the phone?
If the signal is so weak that you need the SXT to even catch it, you’ll have to use a satellite dish for the test, place the phone instead of the LNB to the focus of the mirror, and align the antenna for the strongest signal (the position may look strange as the satellite antennas are typically offset ones, so the axis of the parabol is not orthogonal to the front).
Good point checking the IP on the phone then of 4 hours.
On the other hand, I think that disconnection is a problem because it can interrupt connections unexpectedly. You can Download a big file (For example this), but before, limit your speed connection to some Kbps using a simple queue and see what happens after 4 - 4 and half hour. If is an active connection, not always your IP is renewed.
