Got this setup up and running. The Chateau powers via ether5 The Sxt. All is well until i reboot The Ax Pro. Then The poe status on ether5 loops with “not enough current available”. I can fix this by disconnecting RJ45 and reconnect. Then my sxt powers up ok. I have The supplied 48V psu connected to The chateau.
Is this setup not supported or any hw failure?
Is that SXT LTE6 kit 2024 version ? That one requires 802.3 af/at as POE input.
Chateau Pro AX provides passive POE so there might be a mismatch there depending on context.
I assume POE status is set to auto on Chateau ?
You can try setting it to forced on and see if that helps.
Or a startup script disabling that port until the device has properly been started and then switch on POE output ?
It is a newly bought Sxt
Forced on does not help. Not anything i do from winbox helps, only a physical disconnect/reconnect restores power to the SXT, any ideas?
And totally disabling that interface combined with POE off, then enable and POE Forced on ?
There is also an option to powercycle the interface for some seconds. Already tried that ?
