I have a SXT
Was software version 5.11 i did update the software to 5.20 then I completed the configuration
And after restart device I got problem The device returns to its factory programming. When I got this problem i did downgrade but the problem is not solved. any one of you can help me ??
only way to restore, is if you have a backup of config. check in your file list.
