SXT S5AC link down intermittently

I bought 2 SXT SA5AC, i wanted to set them up for point to point link. I followed a guide and succesfully get them working, last night I can transfer large file between 2 device with max transfer speed of 20-25MB/s so maybe roughly 200mbps. Today I tried to transfer files again, I got this unstable connection and ether1 keeps dropping out intermittently. What seems to be the problem?

also, now the transfer speed won’t go over 9MB/s, cables is cat5E, and the router RB450G, both pc network card is gigabit. yesterday the transfer speed was 20-25MB/s.

This is a sign for a Bad Cable or Ethernet Connection at all,
Bad Cable
Bad Plug
Bad Poe Adapter something like that

Well turns out it was the router os. I had upgraded it to the latest version available, i decided to downgrade it and it came back to normal state. No connection dropouts.
