sxt5 to pc works to another device not

Hi, I´m having problems with some sxt5, they works fine connecting to the pc, but when I connect to the router or switch they turner off, I changed cable, POE, tested with differents router and switchs and upgrade firmware.

Any clue is well appreciated

If you Plug the sxt with origin poe injector to a router/Switch it torns of?

Yes, only Works connected to pc.
