SXT6 4G Router Gets No Internet IP Address or DNS Name

Hi,

I am having some issues, I have internet from the SXT6 so the USG is passing the Mac Address over on VLAN.

I am getting “Error Could Not Resolve DNS Name” but also I don’t get an Internet IP address either. Would someone be able to point me in the right direction where I should be looking?

I have had a play around with settings that I thought would of been causing the issue.

Check APN profile settings for your provider.
Usually the problem is there if you do not get an IP address (for the cases I had a problem with it).

See also if the SIM can be used in a normal smartphone.
If it doesn’t, there might be a problem with the SIM itself.
And you are sure the SIM is detected ?
Pin code is correct ?
