The unit have a an unidentified issue.

What’s the issue with it? I can hear the 2 final beeps?
As you can see. After hard reset it works. And again when restart, two leds blinkins continue in pattern.
Try to boot it, after two beeps connect to it by winbox, go to System > Routerboard, click settings button, then tick “force backup booter”, apply. ok, reboot. Does it reboot successfully?

Does anything else need to do.
Contact your distributor if its still under warranty. I’m not sure if its covered by the warranty but your primary booter seems to have problems or been damaged.
