I am trying to setup an SXTLTE in passthrough mode to run and be powered from Port 5 on a hAP AC Lite. The SXT works fine in passthrough mode onto standard hAP settings (Port 1 WAN).
The hAP works fine when moving the WAN onto port 5 so it can POE the SXT which is in standard settings.
The problems start when I put the 2 things together, there seems to be no IP being passed down to the DHCP client on the hAP (Looking at IP DHCP client - always says waiting).
Can this actually be done or have I just missed something?

Normally the port 5 is part of the bridge, so besides categorizing it as WAN, you need to remove it from bridge, but there may be other settings that need to be changed.
Besides the "boot" function in case of reset/netinstall ether1 is just the same as any other ether port, so it should be perfectly possible to "move" the passthrough to ether5, check the block diagram:
