SXTR LTE registration statut denied

Hello. I need help for RBSXTR international version
I put sim card for network. I see registration statut denied after searching. I try with other network sim card, it work perfect. I dont know why the device dont conncet to my network? Why registration statut denied? See the scree shoot in attachement. Thanks.

I find solution. I upgrade firmeware. https://wiki.mikrotik.com/wiki/Manual:Interface/LTE#Modem_firmware_upgrade.

Ok, the same issue only considering that the router is out of physical access.
I correctly understood that I could not update the firmware if the router is not online.
