System freez or hang when I reboot the router

Assalamo alaikum.

Im using x86 pc routerbord os 5.20 … when I reboot the router its stuks on rebooting gave the message

Rebooting…
Stoping services…
Restarting system…

Then nothing happen im woried about it after this… I need to pluged out the power to and repluged the power to start server again … plz help me to solve this problm .. im using dell workstation 690 pc … and problm same when I press Alt+ctrl+dlt buton …

I reinstal the router but same while I instal window 7 its works I mean Alt+ctrl+dlt wirks and restart the pc … after that I instal again router os but same problm … plzz help me out I also update the bios of pc…

It might be a simple BIOS setting - might check and see if you have PNP or similar activated.

Also - I noticed your using an older version of RouterOS 5.2
There are a large number of advantages to utilizing the later versions -
Mind letting us know a bit more about your setup?

What system / motherboard etc ?

my pc is dell workstation dell precision 690 .

and where i can chek pnp ?

and one thing more i instal window 7 on it then its works fine men accept Alt+Ctrl=Dlt comand but not rebot on mikrotik
