If this completely hangs the mikrotik you should be sending an email to support@mikrotik.com with the details on how to replicate the issue and the hardware you are using.
You can also however, try making the following changes.
Make sure that you don’t have the ‘use transparent proxy’ ticked under ip → hotspot → user profiles → default (or whichever profile you’re using)
A secondary fix may be to head into ip - web proxy, then ensure that ‘max cache size’ is set to none, although I belive this issue is fixed on version 3.20
