T1 and DSL needing to have certian packets to each

I have a location with a T1 and a 1meg DSL Line. I want to send the web, port 80 and 443 traffic though the DSL and the L2TP traffic along with UDP 10000-20000 though the T1 back to the main office?

Any suggestions on that!

You can use policy routing in conjunction with mangle.
