Target parameter can specify the interface on which to control the bandwidth.
According to docs the bandwidth is controlled on EGRESS, packets leaving the interface.
If SQ takes only one interface as input on which it can control the EGRESS (say download), and SQ controls flow up/down, how does SQ know/compute the other interface (wan) on which to control the other direction ?
In other words, how SQ controls up and down on single interface if bandwith is controled with packets leaving the interface only ?
