I wonder whether there is any possibility of substitution of information instead of Mikrotik v4.4 (when you log in via telnet).

I know you can add text below the banner with:
/system note
http://www.mikrotik.com/testdocs/ros/3.0/system/resource.php
To actually change the banner, I think only OEMs can do branding from what I’ve seen. You can contact support for more information on this.
