Temperature specification( Min/Max ) ?!

I’m searching for temperature limits of mikrotik devices. Is the a somewhere a table or list available with Max/Min temperature for operation and damage values ?

We had a lot sunshine today, finally some summer in Europe.
I noticed grooves having a temp of 68 C. Such devices are mounted at a pol on to of a roof so they get “burned” from the sunrise to the sunset.

UPDATE
Here also a sample temperature-graph from on of the groove

Wow toasty, it was 104f at the end of last week and mine didn’t break 115f

It would be yousefull make on wiki ==> Min - max for all routerboard models…

Something like max CPU temp

yeah that’s what i like to have …

on routerboard.com you can get the brochure for each product. They contain information about min/max temperatures.

i would assume that these values are the maximum for the environment, right? as the device itself produce heat it’s always hotter then the environment. from the monitoring view we just get just a value from inside the system ( wherever the temp-sensor is placed ? )
i like to know a sensor value from which it becomes critical to set up a proper monitoring

yes, these are environment temperatures from actual device tests.

+1

The temperature sensors on the boards are not accurate measurement instruments. They have differences from board to board. It would not be right if we specified, say, 90C maximum temperature, and then your board would stop working at 85C because of some variation in the sensor accuracy.

I wish they would post Stable CPU operating temps…
