Test for NV2

Hello
I did some testing on a 45 km link using the new protocols will I write the following results:
on both sides have the following and hardware RB411AH → Ubiquiti SR71-15 → Jirous 29dB 3mt cable LMR-400

Config 1
Band: A 5GHz
Wireless Protocoll: NV2
HT:Tx/RX 0 and Tx/RX 1
Frequence: 5430
Antenna jirous Dual Pol 29dB
with this configuration, the link is unstable, disconnects constantly and rates are low

Config 2
Band: A 5GHz
Wireless Protocoll: Nstreme
HT: Tx/RX 0 and Tx/RX 1
Frequence: 5430
Antenna jirous Dual Pol 29dB
with this configuration, the link is stable and does not disconnect rate is never more than 54Mb/54Mb I noticed that the pings are the order of 2 / 3 ms

Config 3
Band: N-only 5GHz
Wireless Protocoll: Nstreme
HT: Tx/RX 0 and Tx/RX 1
Frequence: 5430
Antenna jirous Dual Pol 29dB
with this configuration, the link is stable but the rates are low 24Mb/6-9Mb pings are good

Config 4
Band: N-only 5GHz
Wireless Protocoll: NV2
HT: Tx/RX 0 and Tx/RX 1
Frequence: 5430
Antenna jirous Dual Pol 29dB
with this configuration, the link is instabilissimo continuous disconnections 24Mb/18Mb low rate and high ping 150ms

I can say that it is concluded that N and NV2 need to be reviewed or something I’m wrong.

Have you tried changing channels?

All of your tests indicate you’re using the same channel?

Frequent disconnects like that are usually a sign of some sort of interference or RF related issue.

We can do all the tests you want, the reality is that the protocol 802.11-N is not indicated for long distances, I have reflected much wisp who told me that beyond 20 km N protocol is very unstable.

Could you share your signal levels?

also share with us the distance / ack timeout settings you are using, as well as NV2 Time and Cell Radius.

Since I did that link I effettuamo hundreds of hints, and all with negative results on the basis of this and other experiences from other wisp tell you that even the 802.11-N and NV2 are absolutely not good for long links distance.

I do not agree with this, not knowing what hints you have already tried so i can only say what worked for me when i had frequent disconnects using NV2,

I assume your signal levels, CCQ, SNR, noise floor - are good at both ends,

Is there a power offset to be used for SR71-15?

Firmware upgrade of the 411AH, try another frequency, try another radio card(s) different antenna, check for interference,
