In Winbox, when I go to IP–>hotspt–>Hosts
in the first column (Flags), there is letters such as D,H
That mean these two signs D, H and
And at which moment we have these signs

Those characters show how the client device got its ip address.
H = the client obtained an ip from the dhcp server on the router.
D = the client was not issued an ip from the dhcp server, but the hotspot obtained one for that mac address from the hotspot ip pool.

A static ip assigned in the client computer is one reason for the ‘D’. Some computers do not renew the ip (dhcp lease) when switching wireless networks, and use the previous ip. That will also display a ‘D’ in the flags. Any device that did not get an ip from the dhcp server will display a ‘D’.
