we have hundreds of Ubuntu servers in our environment,
all of them configured to sync with Openntp however sometimes we have problem with that,
can you please suggest my what is the best way to sample all my servers through ‘The Dude’, in order to see what time they have for the current moment

you need to run snmp and then make the time field available for a pull, but it will update once on a time slot/update freq on dude, so it wont run like a clock but like a data field, i havent tried this yet, but you can push any field into snmp, and u will have to do the snmp walk to find the field that u created.
