the CPE is invisible from ether1. why?

I have am rb411+r52 cpe, connected to a rb411ah+r52 access point.
The wlan of AP is bridged with an eoip tunnel going to the subscriber with pppoe server.
The wlan of AP have a dhcp server giving ip to the wlan of cpe.
The cpe have wlan and ether bridged, and the wlan in station-pseudobridgemode.
A routervoip is attached to the ether of the cpe. This router makes a pppoe connection.
I have this problems:

  1. when the router is connected to the ether, I cannot mac-telnet from AP to the wlan1
  2. if I connect my pc to the ether of cpe, I cannot see anything with winbox: is necessary to use com port

Are there some workaround ?
