The Dude --> 1 tb HD lost ! anyone can help me please?

Hello to all,

first of all, i am very sorry to post here and asking for my big problem.. but I did a big mistake with your software, i did something very wrong because after some my operations, now I can’t see all my 1tb hard disk.. so i lost all partitions..

I am desperate now.. I downloaded the cd image and the netinstaller exe for to try to see how it works this program.. but i have been too fast and stupid to don’t read very very well instructions as documentations, and the result is that i did something very wrong with my hd.

I will try to describe you what I did step by step, hoping that there is some way to “reverse” or to come back from my error…

\

  • i downloaded cd image, Main page and Netinstaller

  • double click on Netinstaller.. i remember the windows that showed me all my partitions of my pc.. i clicked on G: partition, the partition where i had the folder G:\download\netinstaller\ (extracted here)

  • with 7zip I extracted the iso “cdimage” in this folder G:\download\netinstaller\cdimage where i remember that there were 2 subfolders.. something like linux and another one.. and there were many packages/files with an extension like .sk or .nk…i don’t remember well..

  • i clicked browse button from netinstall windows programm, and after that, i did something like netboot.. i remember in the windows of program, i noticed 3 partitions with “ready” status… and the G: partition with “OK” status…

  • i checked in main root G: and i noticed many files with the “strange” extension… like if the program extracted those files of boot there in the disk.. i deleted every files… and after that, i noticed that my disk desappeared with all partitions!!

Please, can somebody help me with this problem??

Do not do anything! Unplug the HDD disk until you find a reliable HDD recovery tool.
like http://www.stellarinfo.com/disk-recovery.php

When you have it working, shut down the PC to re-attach the disk and to proceed with recovery (might need a bootable disk for it, check Phoenix manual)
