the dude ping problem

when I add a new device and active ping service I receive a “local problem”.
If I click with mouse right button on device → tools → ping, the ping fails if in the field “From” is selected server while the ping is ok if the field “From” contains “local”.

I’m using Windows 7 x64…
In which way I can check nic configuration through the dude server?
