Hello guys. i have r750gr CHR router with Dude Server running in 6.45.7 and Dude client in 6.45.7 running smoothly and getting stuff when connected.
How to upgrade Dude server to 6.47.3 ? Where to put the dude-6.47.3-mmips.npk in files? i Tried to stop the server, put the file in root directory, reboot but stays in 6.45.7 version.I also tried the upload button but same thing happened. I downloaded the Dude server file under Cloud hosted router section but nothing happened.
Any ideas ???

Just drag and drop into winbox logged to router. Reboot after uploading.
Hope it will work.
My suggestion is to run dude in CHR. Version 6.46.6.
For router to use latest long term, which is 6.45.9 now.
I did what you said Jarda but when the router rebooted it was still in 6.45.7
I placed the file in FILES top line
You’ll need to update your system package as well.
The Dude package can’t be a different version than routerOS.
The easiest way would be to go through the normal update process via System → Packages → Check for updates.
This will update all necessary packages.
And, of course, the platform has to match. Since you’re running a 750Gr3, you need to have the mmips-package. CHR packages will never work on a 750Gr3.

Thanks cdiedrich, i will try it and come back with answer. I can not do it through System - packages - check for updates. I get error could not resolve DNS name.
Can i drag and drop routeros-mmips-6.47.3.npk file there and then the mmips dude-server file and reboot? will it work?
Yes, that will definitely work.
