the LAN Port get stuck always!!

i have a router board, which i used for point to point connection, the LAN port is like frozen frequently for unknown reason !, each time i have to disable and re-enable the port in order to make it work again , or some times i have to reboot the router…

how to solve this issue please

i was suspecting to be a loop on LAN port, so I did upgrade to my firmware and make the Loop protect ON, but still I’m getting LAN Link down.

any suggestions??
