I have a windows server 2012 and dhcp server that gives ip to the network
for example it gave 192.168.2.80 to a computer

on mikrotik I set up a l2tl server and defined a pool that the ip is 192.168.2.238

when it connects vpn does not have ping this ip 192.168.2.80

it only has the ping when I write a nat of the masquerade type

I don’t want to write nat masquerade for this ip 192.168.2.238

is there a way that these two IP pings each other
