The main problem I have - it is the loss of Interfaces in Winbox - Vlan as well as physical - they are lost somewhere - the color assigned to the IP- address this interface also flies ... but when a large quantity of - you know - how many problems it can cause . ..
Another problem - the problem with speed subscribers . Authorization is based on PPPoE, subscriber rate allocated to Example 5 mb, he also gets it in the best case 2-3 mb. This despite the fact that the outer channel is free on 30 percent . It started as I wrote at the beginning - after increasing subscriber base of more than 500 people.
I have long been looking for answers to these questions - because of the language barrier did not write here , and for about two months looking honestly not that wanting alternative Mikrotik, knowing how easy RouterOS - but the quality of the service provided - if I do not fix , you 'll lose subscribers ...

Проблема с CCR1036-12G-4S
Я не говорю по английски,пользуюсь переводчиком,буду краток.
Моя вся сеть,как провайдера,построена на Mikrotik, была большая надежда на то что так будет продолжаться бесконечно,с появлением более мощных устройств,буду переходить на них и работать только Mikrotik. Но после роста абонентской базы до 500 абонентов и до сегодня, их уже 1000 - проблемы разрастаются с каждым днём... Это и то что после прошивки 6.5 - ни одна новая без проблем не работает...
Основная проблема у меня - это потери нтерфейсов в Winbox - как Vlan так и физических - они куда-то теряются - настройки как присвоенные IP-адреса этим интерфейса тоже слетают... а при большом количестве - сами понимаете - сколько проблем это может вызвать...
Ещё одна проблема - проблема со скоростью абонентам. Авторизация построена на PPPoE, абоненту выделяется скорость к примеру 5 мб, он же её получает в лучшем случае 2-3 мб. Это при том что внешний канал свободен на процентов 30. Это началось как я уже писал в начале - после увеличения абонентской базы более 500 человек.
Я давно уже ищу ответы на эти вопросы - из-за языкового барьера, не писал сюда, и уже около двух месяцев ищу, честно говоря не очень того желая, альтернативу Mikrotik, зная насколько удобна RouterOS - но, качество предоставляемой услуги - если я не исправлю, то останусь без абонентов...
Очень Вас прошу, администрацию и техподдержку Mikrotik, помогите найти причину, если проблема в RouterOS - исправьте её... Если эта техподдержка стоит денег - назовите, я оплачу... Не оставляйте моё это сообщение без внимания...
