The quickest Support reaction I've ever seen

A bit of offtop, but just one short story of success :smiley:

13:38 - I’m opening Support ticket
13:40 - Automatic reply received
13:51 - Getting reply from support team: “Currently you cannot do that… We will consider… in future…”
14:39 - I had a late lunch, asking for possible workaround
15:15 - “We added <…>. Next v6.3 will have this feature.”

Summing up: 11 + 36 = 47 minutes to add a feature, very small but useful for some people. =)

Meanwhile, waiting 9 days now for a reply regarding my ticket with MTU issues…

I gave all configs and diagrams needed to reproduce the issue too.

17 days for a question and additional info on (future) support for 100FX SFPs.

guys, you can’t scary me - I have an open ticket from 2008, Sep, 29th. those are just extremes :slight_smile:

adjusting of kernel’s icmp_ratelimit/icmp_ratemask
seems like we faced those limits in mtr monitoring of external hosts :slight_smile:
