I’m currently using mikrotik 2.28
and i have problem with the hotspot-userman.
The fact is , that the time is still counting even
the customers log off..
Do i have to upgrage to 2.29 or what the solution

the voucers generated for 2 hours and valid until 1 month,
did I miss some setting or something,
how to stop counting down in left time user view
pls..

you are can't create by month but by day
create prepaid time-limit, than add user with limit time use for..... maybe in the future mikrotik will do by month. 
It’s fine right now..

the problems are in Credit prepaid and create generate user using that Credit,

its simple…
you just have to change your mind think about “Credit Time” and “User Add Batch Uptime Limit”
change them
normally
“Credit Time” as Prepaid duration
and
“User Add Batch Uptime Limit” as vadation time of the generate voucer
you have to change
“Credit Time” as vaddation time of the generate voucer
and
“User Add Batch Uptime Limit” as Prepaid duration
and dont forget to say tx after working properlly

many thanx… i think i can live with that..
but…
for what are things like profiles and statistics and so on… you cannot see how much tickets you sold..etc..
user manager is a mystic feature for me… so i will use hotspot only for accounting…
by the way… has anybody a script or a little program for inserting many users with username and password in hotspot database and printing tickets ?
at the moment we do it with normal scripts an printing tickets with MS Word..

my problem is that we used handlink gateways in the past… very easy to handle but very sh… i putted some of them in the north-atlantic
I think MikrotikOs is one of the best I´ve ever worked with… but maybe I´m a bit handlink conterminated… I work hard to change it..
to sergje … User-Limit in User Manager is a bit small, but I read you change it to 20 in lev.4 … that would be ok..
