The usb otg cable for android phone can be used for ccr1009?

Hi guys, i bought a used ccr1009-8g-1s-1s+ router(no usb otg cable), and it seems work fine except the usb port.

I connect a usb disk to the router via a usb otg cable which was used for the android phone,
but i can’t see the usb port in the winbox under the system->ports menu, and the disk doesn’t show in the system->disks.
One thing i can confirm is that both the cable and the usb disks are fine.

So i want to know can the usb otg cable for android phone be used for ccr router?

I also do the voltage test for the usb port itself(nothing attach to the usb port):

pin 5,1 -0.04v
pin 4,1 +1.85v

is it normal?

I use OTG cable to connect flash usb to ccr1009-7g-1s+1c-pc and it works fine.
You may want to try another one
