Hi all,

I have been playing around with theDude and I cam around a little issue while trying to print charts.

I added a server as a device to my map, did an snmp walk and created and RX and TX data source (say “serverRX” and “server TX” from the relevant oids.

Then I go to the charts menu, create a chart and add a new chart line, select the newly created data sources, and there comes the issue:

At the bottom of my window, I can see in red: unknown type.
However when I am on the map, I can see the chart on the link, also in the New chart line window when editing the data source I can see the chart and data…
any idea what the problem is?

I think, unknown type means Unknown device.

Remove and re-add. I found using “ok” instead of apply also resolved the issue.
