There is no technical support in Mikrotik?

I bought a Router OS license for $250 and mistakenly thought I had purchased a CHR license. I ended up installing it on a promox that lasted one day, and I lost my license.

I’ve written to Mikrotik support many times, but they always send me an automated response that doesn’t tell me anything about my problem.

There’s no email, and no contact who can respond.

I’ve already given up on my $250, but I’ve learned a lesson: never buy a product from a company that doesn’t provide real support.

There is support by email, but it takes a few days to answer everyone, since support is free. What ticket number did you get in your automated response?

There is definitely support

I emailed a support request to mikrotik on Friday
Got a real person reply on Monday
Did some testing on monday afternoon and sent a reply.
Got a response Tuesday.
