Hello! I just updated my RB931-2nD to ROS 7.9, and there is no BGP under “Routing” menu. Why is that? This router is so small and home-used only so he hasn’t this protocol?
Some features are supported only only on some architectures. There is a support table on the web.

BGP is not supported on SMIPS architecture which hAP mini (RB931-2nD) is based on. You’ll have to use RouterOS 6 if you need BGP.
