Can I kindly ask you for your help?
I’m experiencing the same problems as described in this topic.
I’ve wrote to your support (Ticket#2013082766000298), a week ago but still no answer.
Should I wait more, or you don’t support that software misstakes anymore?
Please, note that older versions of MTOS (not later than 4.0beta2) are still working with my old soft ID.
But I need to use 6.2.

Like already explained in the other topic, you have already upgraded this key in the past. Check your account, maybe key is already there for your new SoftID.

This also shows why you should not downgrade, after you have converted a key to v6

  3. Here’s what I exactly did:

3.1 Had 2.9 and upgraded version with general package to 3.25 - reboot
3.2 Pressed update key within winbox’s license window (had internet)
3.3 Said key not found at least 100 times.
3.4 after all said done! restart required
3.5 restart and had old and new soft id, also upgradable to 4.x
3.6 upgraded to 4.2 - restart - this installation is without license !?
3.7 downgrade to 3.30 - everything fine with old license and new soft id present
3.8 pressed update key in winbox - “this key is upgraded and have changed software ID” !!!
3.9 upgraded to version 4.0beta3 and working with old license, still unable to upgrade
4.0 Made an account in mt.com; your server found my old soft id and added to virtual folder - when press upgrade - this key is already upgrarded!!!
4.1 with my new soft id I was able to produce a demo key which is now in the root folder and I was able to only test the 6.2 version
4.2 when using search in the key’s database at mt.com for my new soft id, the system can find only the demo :frowning:(

What’s your opininon? Can you Help me ?

PS: Also strange is that when your database find my new soft id in the table says: demo(level1) and status:paid?
