Oh, yeah, we see that problem after every Mikrotik install. 
Please post some detail on how you installed Mikrotik if you need assistance. There is no possible way to determine what the problem is based on just a picture. Start with at least a description of the network as well as the output of these commands:
/ip firewall nat export
/ip proxy export
