I’ve had a ticket open for 2 weeks now, without a response. MikroTik used to respond to tickets within a couple of days or less. Has something changed? I see there was a post in the forums from someone else a couple of weeks ago about the exact same problem.

I’m seriously beginning to question whether I should have deployed using CAPSMAN v2, and whether I should have paid the extra for the cap ax over the cap XL ac.

Since Upgrading to CAPSMAN v2 with cAP ax from CAPSMAN v1 with wAP ac, I’ve been getting WiFi devices connected at 0/0 bps TX/RX rates
You’ll see I have a lot of devices with a 1Mbps TX as well (1000Kbps TX). That’s concerning as well, but the 0/0 is my main complaint.
I have 2.4GHz and 5GHz separated out into two separate SSID’s as I’ve had issues in the past with certain devices not able to connect to wifi when I have a blended SSID.
On CAPSMAN v1, there was the ability to select which speeds were able to be negotiated upon connection to the wifi network. CAPSMAN v2 does not seem to have this ability.
I’ve seen reports of iPhone 13 having issues on the forums. I’ve talked to a lot of the end users having problems, and only a small percentage of them (maybe only one) has an iPhone 13.
I attached a supout.rif file to the ticket as well. Obviously that’s not going to get attached here as it exposes too much information.

I will look into why your ticket was not answered until now, but I can already see that this is not a bug report, but requires debugging of a running network. MikroTik does not offer such services for free, we have consultants that you can hire (above post has a link). The MikroTik support system is for rerporting bugs and asking specific questions.

I received a response. It’s apparently a feature of the existing firmware. They will be adding in a fix to the firmware to hide those in the future to avoid any confusion.
I already work with Hani Rahrouh (listed on the consultants list) and had already consulted with his company; they were unable to determine what the issue was. That is why I submitted a ticket.
Please see the export below. Did you want a dump of any of the wifi interfaces on any of the cAP ax's? I have several different transmission strengths configured to lessen rx/tx errors. Basement and 2nd floor are separated by a middle floor. Neighboring houses are separate by at a minimum a fire separation wall, and in others an outside air gap of up to 5 meters. All houses save for 37 area are duplexes, so 21 and 25 would be two halves of one duplex. 37 is a single family house.
