Hi I have a question that is different between two TILE CPUs

I read upper Tile CPU specification and I checked what is different and found something different between two CPUs feature.
It seems to Tile CPU TLR4-00980CG-10CE-A3a supports hardware features as like anti-ddos, IPS/IDS
but Tile CPU TLR4-00980CG-10CE can’t found anti-ddos and IPS/IDS.
Is it means TLR4-00980CG-10CE-A3a CPU can support ANTI-DDOS and IPS/IDS hardware offload?
And it is possible make anti-ddos and IPS/IDS feature HW offload can support next RouterOS version?
